1. About us and these terms
MnM Beds is the trading name of MnM Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We manufacture beds, headboards and blanket boxes in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire and sell them online at mnmbeds.co.uk. When you place an order through this website, your contract is with MnM Digital Limited.
These terms apply to every order placed through mnmbeds.co.uk by a consumer. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on this page at the moment you place the order.
You can reach us by email at hello@mnmbeds.co.uk, by phone on +44 7424 360303, or on WhatsApp using the button on any page. Our customer care team is available every day of the week.
2. How a contract is formed
- Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. It does not create a contract on its own.
- The automatic email you receive straight after checkout confirms that we have received your order. It is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.
- A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order, or when we dispatch it, whichever happens first. From that point we are both bound by these terms.
- We may decline an order — for example if the item is no longer available, if there was an obvious pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if the order could not be authorised for payment. If we decline, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
- Your order confirmation records the product, the size and options you selected, and the price you paid at the time of purchase. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
3. Our products
Our beds, headboards and blanket boxes are made by hand in our Dewsbury workshop. That is what makes them what they are, and it has a few practical consequences worth knowing before you order:
- Photographs and swatch images on the site are as accurate as we can make them, but fabrics, colours and finishes can look different in your room and on your screen. If colour matters to you, order free fabric samples first.
- Dimensions given on product pages are nominal. Handmade items can vary very slightly from the stated size, and fabric depth affects the finished measurement.
- Please measure your doorways, stairwells and the room itself before ordering. We cannot be responsible for an item that will not fit into your home.
- Non-standard and made-to-measure sizes, and bespoke headboards, are manufactured to the specification you give us. See section 7 for how that affects your right to cancel.
4. Price, VAT and promotions
- All prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page and again in your basket before you pay.
- The price you pay is the price confirmed to you at checkout. If the price of a product changes after you have ordered, it does not affect your order.
- The order summary at checkout shows the total payable, including any VAT that applies and any delivery charge, before you enter payment details.
- Very occasionally a product may be priced incorrectly. Where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price. We will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you would like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Where a product is shown as reduced, the higher price is the price the product was previously offered at on this site. We do not advertise discounts we are not actually giving.
- Our £25 welcome offer applies to full-price orders only. It is for new subscribers only, one use per customer, and the code we email you is personal to you and expires on the date given in that email. It cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
5. Payment
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and currently include card, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay and cash on delivery.
- Card payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields — we never see or store your full card number. Payment is taken when your order is placed.
- Klarna, Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay
- These are provided by the relevant third party and are subject to their own terms, eligibility rules and any checks they carry out. Any credit agreement is between you and that provider, not with us. Your contract for the goods themselves remains with MnM Digital Limited.
- Cash on delivery
- Where cash on delivery is offered, you pay a 50% deposit by card at checkout and the remaining 50% in cash to our delivery team when the item arrives. The deposit secures your order and forms part of the total price. If you cancel under section 7, the deposit is refunded on the same terms as any other payment.
We do not dispatch an order until payment, or the deposit in the case of cash on delivery, has been received.
6. Delivery
- Delivery to the UK mainland is free of charge.
- Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands carry a £50 delivery surcharge.
- Any delivery charge that applies to your address is shown in the order summary at checkout before you pay, and you will never be charged more than the total you confirmed there.
- Most in-stock beds and frames are delivered within 2–5 working days. Bespoke fabrics and non-standard sizes take longer because they are made for you; we will confirm an estimated delivery window by email.
- Unless we agree something different with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the day the contract is formed. If we cannot, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.
- Every delivery is a room-of-choice service: our team brings the item into the room you nominate rather than leaving it at the door.
- If you need to change your delivery date, please tell us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and we will rearrange it with you.
- Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- If nobody is available at the address and the delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange another date.
7. Your 14-day right to cancel
Because you are buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to change your mind. This is on top of your rights if something is faulty, which are covered in section 8.
- You have 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods to tell us you are cancelling. You do not have to give a reason.
- To cancel, email hello@mnmbeds.co.uk with your order number, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp. You may use the statutory model cancellation form, but you do not have to — a clear statement that you are cancelling is enough.
- Once you have cancelled, we will arrange to collect the item from you. You do not need to find a courier or take it anywhere yourself.
- We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid. We aim to refund within 5–7 working days of collecting and checking the item, and in any event within 14 days of receiving it back, to the payment method you used.
- You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If you handle them more than is needed to check their nature, characteristics and how they work, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. Please keep the original packaging where you can — it is not a condition of cancelling, but it makes damage in transit far less likely.
- You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch. Contact us with your order number and we will cancel and refund straight away.
There is one exception. The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised — that includes non-standard and made-to-measure sizes and bespoke headboards. Those items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, misdescribed or not as ordered, and we flag this on the product page before you add such an option to your basket. Your rights under section 8 are unaffected.
8. If something is faulty, damaged or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have the following rights, and nothing in these terms limits them:
- Within 30 days of delivery you may reject the goods and get a full refund.
- After 30 days, and within the first six months, you may ask for a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or does not put things right, you are entitled to a refund.
- After six months you may still ask for a repair or replacement; a refund at that stage may be reduced to reflect the use you have had.
- If anything arrives damaged, please photograph it and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. That lets us arrange a priority collection and a replacement at no cost to you. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights — it just makes it harder for us to sort out quickly.
9. Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, we give a manufacturer's warranty on every product, running from the date of delivery:
- Mattresses: 3 years.
- Bed frames and divan bases: 2 years.
- Headboards: 2 years.
- Blanket boxes and storage boxes: 2 years.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accident or incorrect assembly, use of an unsuitable base or an unsuitable bed frame, staining or soiling, or a change in your comfort preference. It applies to the original purchaser and we will ask for proof of purchase when you make a claim. To make a claim, email hello@mnmbeds.co.uk with your order number, the product, the delivery date and clear photographs of the problem.
The warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Our liability to you
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew at the time of the contract that it might.
- We are not liable for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for loss that arises from your use of the products for any business purpose. We supply our products for domestic and private use.
- If our delivery team damages your property while delivering, and that damage was caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair it or pay to have it repaired.
- We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, or failures of transport or supply networks. If one happens we will contact you as soon as we can, and we will arrange a new delivery date once it is over. If the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered.
12. Your account and use of this website
- You can check out as a guest. If you do create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.
- The content of this website, including text, images, layout and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission.
- How we handle the personal data you give us is explained in our privacy policy.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us — email hello@mnmbeds.co.uk with your order number and what has happened, and we will look into it and come back to you. We would always rather put a problem right than have you left with it.
14. Governing law and changes to these terms
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes arising from them may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
- If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in, and the consumer protection law of that country continues to apply to you.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page when you placed it.
These terms were last updated on 28 August 2026.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For how we handle your personal data, see our privacy policy.
