Delivery
Every order is handled by our dedicated white-glove team — not a third-party courier. We take care of the whole journey from our workshop to your bedroom.
We deliver across mainland UK as standard. Our delivery team will bring your order directly to the room of your choice, assemble it if required.
Most in-stock beds and frames are delivered within 2–5 working days. Bespoke fabric orders or special sizes may take 5–7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery window.
Every MnM Beds and Mattresses delivery is a room-of-choice service. Our team will position your bed exactly where you need it - no leaving items in the hallway or on the doorstep.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status at any time by contacting our customer care team.
Need to rearrange your delivery? Contact our customer care team at least 48 hours before your scheduled date and we will find an alternative that suits you.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, our returns process is straightforward — no difficult conditions, no back-and-forth.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you are not completely satisfied. Items must meet the condition requirements below unless faulty.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Beds and frames that have been assembled and used are not eligible for a standard return unless faulty.
Once we have collected and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
If any item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority collection and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Prefer a different size or finish? We offer exchanges on eligible items within the 10-day window. Contact our team and we will arrange collection and re-delivery with no additional delivery charge.
