We aim to respond to all email and contact form enquiries within 4 business hours. Messages received outside of business hours (Mon–Sat 9am–6pm) will be replied to on the next working day.
Yes — please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date and we will rearrange to a date that suits you.
Please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority collection and dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also contact our team with your order number and we will provide a status update.
You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
